Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to Wayletts Farm, a unique blend of natural beauty and community spirit. As part of a working farm, we offer these guidelines to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our visitors, both two-legged and four-legged.
General use
Respect the farm: Remember, our fields are part of an active farm. Please use the space considerately, respecting both the land and its inhabitants.
Age for booking: Bookings must be made by individuals aged 16 or over. This ensures accountability and a clear understanding of our guidelines.
Booking integrity: The person who made the booking must be the one to use it. This ensures accountability and security for all our visitors.
Who can come: While the booking needs to be made by an adult, children are more than welcome to join in the fun, under the close supervision of a responsible adult.
Field accessibility: We may need to close the field for maintenance or safety reasons. Should this happen, we'll offer refunds or reschedule your booking.
Responsibility & liability
Your duty: You're responsible for any animals, people, or children accompanying you. This includes any damage they may cause to the farm's property.
Vehicle safety: Park at your own risk. While we strive to provide a secure environment, we can't be liable for the loss or damage to your vehicle or belongings left inside.
Conduct on the field
Supervision: Keep an eye on children at all times to ensure their safety and that of others.
Prohibited activities: For the safety and enjoyment of all, ball games, bikes, motorised vehicles, drones, and other remote-controlled devices are not allowed.
Dress appropriately: The weather and field conditions can vary. Wear suitable footwear and clothing to navigate potentially slippery, wet, or uneven terrain comfortably.
Health & Safety
Access for staff: Our team may enter the field at any time for inspections. Their decisions on health and safety matters are final.
Right to refuse: For the well-being of all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the field if necessary.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited across the fields and parking areas due to the high risk of fire.
